The overall design of the footbridge consists of perforated aluminum plates that reflect the history of the world’s automotive industry by customizing the aperture size and spacing. Plants grow from the perforated panels, and the overall material is updated over time, reflecting its resistance to weathering and self-cleaning in the natural environment. The aluminum material also effectively reflects the concept of time conveyed by the pattern.
